Is this membership right for me?
It is for creators who want to make music with GRAUX guitars and get feedback on their work. You will get the most from it if you can already record or produce in your own music software. This is not a complete beginner course or private coaching.
What should I do first?
Choose a guitar that gives you an idea. Acquire the materials you need, create in your own music software, then upload your work to Water. Submit it for feedback and use the notes to make your next revision.
Can I try the music before joining?
Yes. Listening is unlimited and free. Sign in to acquire 3 GRAUX Master MP3s with your lifetime free allowance. That allowance never resets. There is no membership trial.
What are Master, MIDI and Stems?
The Master is the complete recording in WAV. Stems are the separate recorded parts, with dry and processed versions where available; some recordings have processed versions only. MIDI contains the notes you can play with your own instruments. Available materials are shown on each Audio.
How do Water Credits work?
You receive 30 membership credits each month, including when you pay annually. A Master costs 1 credit, MIDI costs 2 and Stems cost 3. All 3 cost 6 credits. Repeat downloads of acquired materials cost no extra credits. Unused membership credits expire at the monthly reset. Purchased and earned credits are kept separately and never expire. Top-ups are available and do not increase your weekly submission allowance.
How does feedback work?
Submit 1 track of up to 5 minutes each week. The first 5 members to request a review during Sunday Live receive an oral review. Remaining weekly submissions receive written feedback within 7 days. Members can join the music-business Q&A. Follow your submission and read its feedback in Workspace.
Can I submit a revision?
Yes. Update the same Audio to keep its history together. Revisions do not use an additional submission from your weekly allowance.
Can I release or sell what I create?
The Royalty-Fair license governs use of the acquired material. Credit every contributor and include the license when sharing or selling your creation. Before a major release, or above 1,000,000 streams, contact the rights holders to agree publishing and master terms. Read the full license for the applicable conditions.
Is placement or private coaching included?
Approved tracks may be selected for placement consideration through my network. Selection and placement are not guaranteed. Reserved 1-to-1 sessions are separate from this membership.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Your membership remains active until your paid period ends. You keep your acquired downloads and their licenses, and repeat downloads remain free. Founding 50 price protection applies only while continuously subscribed.
Do I also need Water Pro?
No. Water Free is included. Use it to upload your music, read feedback and keep your revisions together. GRAUX Membership and Water plans are separate subscriptions.
